3. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, (“RGPD”) and Law 58/2019 of 8 August ensure the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data within the European Union.
